高盛“巾帼圆梦”万名女性创业助学计划涵盖了由中国各地近2000名女企业家组成的高增长女性创业社群。清华大学经济管理学院作为高盛“巾帼圆梦”的学界合作伙伴，针对该助学计划毕业的学员进行了调查，探讨她们在技术与创新、环境保护和社会影响三方面可能面临的机遇和挑战，并针对调查结果为女企业家提供未来十年的可持续增长蓝图。
