What We Do
The Conflicts Resolution Group evaluates a wide range of the firm's business activities in order to identify, assess, and manage actual or perceived conflicts of interest resulting from the firm's new and existing roles, positions, and responsibilities, as well as reputational risks and client sensitivities. In doing so, the Conflicts Resolution Group helps to protect the firm's client relationships, safeguard confidential information, mitigate reputational risk, and ensure that we are able to fulfill our responsibilities to clients prior to accepting a role and over the course of our engagement.
