Goldman Sachs Recognized by the National Business Group on Health and ‘Working Mother’

For the sixteenth year in a row, Goldman Sachs has been recognized by Working Mother magazine as one of the 2018 "100 Best Companies".

Working Mother determines the “100 Best Companies” based on workforce representation, parenting support services, benefits and advancement programs, among other factors.

Onsite childcare centers are one example of the firm’s many offerings to support working parents

Offerings which helped earn Goldman Sachs a spot on the list included the firm’s Women’s Career Strategies Initiative for high-potential women, its Women’s Network, and Wellness programs and services such as the Adult Care and Expectant Parent Coordinator programs, maternity mentoring services and increased access to child care.

Goldman Sachs was also recognized by the National Business Group on Health as a gold award winner for 2018 Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles. The firm was also awarded a Special Recognition for Financial Security, a designation given to two companies from the Best Employers for a Healthy Lifestyle list this year. We were recognized in part due to the Personal Finance Center, which enables our people to manage their finances holistically.

The Gold recognition is given to companies that exemplify a strong commitment to holistic well-being. Initiatives such as our Americas Resilience Series and Personal Finance Forum were some of the ways the firm demonstrated its commitment to employee well-being.
