A Glimpse Into the Affinity Network Fairs That Popped Up at 15 Offices
Connecting our people and fostering inclusion by drawing upon unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives are what our Affinity Networks strive to achieve.
We recently hosted a Global Affinity Network Fair across 15 Goldman Sachs offices to bring the firm together to celebrate diversity, learn about our networks and encourage colleagues to get involved. Over 5,000 colleagues around the world stopped by the fair and as one participant put it, “the energy in the room was palpable—everyone seemed really excited to speak about their network and experiences.”
Goldman Sachs affinity networks and interest forums are open to all professionals of the firm. Across divisions and regions, more than 80 networks offer training and educational programs, create networking forums, host leadership conferences and sponsor client events.
