Our target markets include New York City and the tri-state metropolitan area, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and other major urban centers. We invest between $5 million and $75 million of equity and/or mezzanine debt in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects as well as urban real estate development companies. We invest in both market rate and mixed income projects and have expertise in structuring public/private partnerships.
