To search for a whole phrase, enclose your query in quotation marks, (e.g. "investment banking").

Putting multiple terms in parentheses will "OR" the terms entered, e.g. ((2002 2003) annual report will return results for the 2002 or 2003 annual report.)

To exclude a word from your search, use a minus sign ("-") immediately in front of the term you want to avoid, (e.g. banking -investment will return results containing the word banking but not the word investment.)
