Mark Carroll
The Cara Program assists the homeless and at-risk populations in their efforts to achieve real and lasting success by providing comprehensive training, permanent job placement and critical support services. Mark identified new and innovative employment opportunities for Cara participants. Mark works in our Equities division in Chicago.

Matt Furman
Millennium Challenge Corporation is a new US Government agency that administers an innovative approach to foreign aid. Matt was an attorney in our New York office and worked with management focusing on issues involving financial sector reform. 

Dale Nolan
Marie Curie Cancer Care is dedicated to the care of people affected by cancer and the enhancement of their quality of life. Dale planned, executed and managed a new pilot project with the key objective of increasing access to Marie Curie's services. Dale works in the Equities division in London.

Melissa Rice
The Fund for Public Schools is the nonprofit organization affiliated with the New York City Department of Education. Melissa worked to increase private sector support of the New York City public schools. Melissa is in the Financing Group in our London office.

Jovi Zalamea
The Ayala Foundation aims to improve the quality of life in the Philippines by contributing to the eradication of poverty in all its forms. Jovi helped write, develop and implement a project to deliver IT access to all 5,000 high schools in the Philippines. Jovi lives in Hong Kong and works in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division.

Jonathan Thomas
International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) fights for the basic legal protection of ordinary citizens, established in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Right. Jonathan helped establish IBJ’s new Criminal Justice Scorecard and Template Criminal Defence kit, raised the initial funding for their new Africa Program as well as building relationships across a number of new sectors. Jonathan lives in London and works in the Legal Division.
