Goldman Sachs has a longstanding commitment to academic excellence and leadership development, and we believe the world’s challenges require nothing less than the fullest contribution of talent and insight from across all segments of society. Our Developing High Potential Youth program – our Signature Initiative – reflects those values by working to find and nurture bright young people in harder-to-reach communities, providing them with the resources they need to stay on the path to high achievement and future leadership.
