My annual revenue is expected to grow by 30% and I am planning to add another five employees to my team.
Since 2006, I have been running Clean Tank, a cleaning and maintenance business for underground sumps and overhead tanks for corporate buildings, residential buildings etc. I currently employee 15 people, which include seven permanent and eight contract workers.
My biggest challenge was to expand our market base and open new branches. The other challenge was to build new 4000 Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)customers.

I have applied strategy and marketing concepts in my business which has resulted in me opening new branches at various locations in Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur and Rajahmundry. I am also planning to open new branches in other states including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. My annual revenue is expected to grow by 30% and I am planning to add another five employees to my team.
I want to increase my AMC customers from 200 to 4,000 by 2010. I also want my company to be associated with every corporate building in Hyderabad.
