Academic Partners – Community Colleges
Community colleges across the country will be identified to deliver practical business education programs to entrepreneurs. Community colleges will work in partnership with leading universities and business schools to strengthen their institutional capacity.

Academic Partners – Universities and Business Schools
Leading universities and business schools will build on, strengthen and develop a world-class curriculum to help small business owners grow and create jobs. They will also provide training to faculty where needed at community colleges and similar institutions to strengthen their capacity to deliver programming.

Nonprofit Partners
Leading nonprofit organizations will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the initiative to help address the needs of small business owners and the communities where their businesses operate. They will lend their expertise and advise on curriculum and wrap-around services, inform partner selection, aid with access to capital and enhance programmatic impact.

Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)
CDFI partners will provide capital for small business lending. 10,000 Small Businesses will also help strengthen the capacity of CDFIs to provide pre- and post-financing technical assistance to program graduates.
