Intern

Summer Internship Program

At Goldman Sachs, we recognize that learning is a competitive advantage, and we are committed to helping our people reach the peak of their capabilities. We created our own Goldman Sachs University to help our people grow personally and professionally – starting with their orientation to the firm and continuing with ongoing development over the course of their careers.

All Goldman Sachs Summer Internships offer students real responsibility, outstanding training and the chance to learn from the best. Internships begin with a one-day orientation to the firm, where interns are introduced to the culture of the firm and receive an overview of both the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of Goldman Sachs.

Each division provides its own training workshops. These workshops focus on divisional strategies and overviews and as well as the skills essential to a successful summer.

Your Peers and Mentors

Interns become fully contributing members of a Goldman Sachs team and gain valuable work experience as they develop and demonstrate their skills in the financial industry. You will work alongside leaders within our industry, as well as other smart, motivated people who value the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Your team leader, along with every Goldman Sachs professional you come in contact with, is wholly committed to mentoring you throughout your time at the firm. Our objective is to offer you the type of responsibility and experience that will provide valuable guidance as you make important career choices.
