From day one, my team members made themselves available to teach me about our projects and various Treasury concepts, no matter how busy or demanding their schedules were. Having been here a year now, I find it rewarding to pass on to others the knowledge that has been patiently taught to me.

While my work is mostly team-based, the senior members of the team always encourage the junior members to drive the projects and to take as much responsibility as they can handle. In this setting, there is constant focus on individual development, as the feedback and guidance that we receive is both thoughtful and timely.

Regardless of title or tenure, each member of the team is encouraged to participate in discussions and to find opportunities to add value. We all recognize that a new member of the team can provide not only a fresh perspective, but also a creative solution to a problem.
