I found out about Goldman Sachs and investment banking through campus recruiting for summer internships. Although I interviewed with multiple firms, it was clear from the people I met during the process that Goldman Sachs would be the best fit for me.

After joining, I noticed right away that everyone here is smart, thoughtful and genuinely finds their jobs interesting and challenging. I was impressed by the open culture and the balance of collaborative work and individual responsibility.

I have found that Goldman Sachs is full of opportunities and people here are eager to help you craft a career path that fits your interests and goals. The firm’s culture promotes mobility and most people who have been here for a while have worked in multiple groups and/or divisions. I started here as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division and moved to Merchant Banking after my two-year analyst program. If you work hard and prove yourself, there will always be opportunities to broaden your experience.
