I first joined Goldman Sachs through the summer internship programme while studying Mathematics at Warwick University. The 10-week programme gave me the opportunity to experience both the industry and the culture of the firm and to discover through networking where I would best fulfil my potential.

Based on this experience, and after completing analyst training in New York, I joined Goldman Sachs permanently as a Market Risk analyst in London. The time taken by senior employees to welcome our class to the firm and to attend networking events was truly impressive. It was obvious from the start that reputation, culture and business principles play a huge part in Goldman’s success.
