After completing my degree in Art History and English Literature and a Master’s in Management and E-Commerce, I was uncertain as to what career path to take. Working in the corporate security field is something I could never have predicted in the days I spent studying Renaissance Art and Shakespeare. As someone from neither a mathematical nor economic background, I didn’t believe that the finance world would be accessible or of interest to me.

Goldman Sachs has certainly opened windows of opportunity that I would not have considered years ago. The firm has revealed how exciting and dynamic a role in this industry can be. It has shown me how many opportunities exist in the diverse business areas and that success is built through an ethic of hard work, teamwork and drive.
