I am Operations Manager and Deputy Director of the EMEA Office of Global Security which means I am responsible for the operational coordination and delivery of security services. In particular, I deal with the provision of Business Assurance services for nonemployees throughout EMEA, the coordination of regional risk assessment and analysis and vendor management of security service providers in support of the Office of Global Security. My current role is with EMEA Risk in the Services division.

The majority of my work is team based but there is always a need to work alone and to be self-motivated and driven. Teamwork might mean taking part in a global, regional or local project across one or multiple divisions. One of the benefits of the Office of Global Security is that it is a small department with great reach. It gives you the ability to touch all aspects of the organization.

Outside of my normal scope of work, I have had the chance to be a part of several diversity initiatives such as setting up the Women’s Network in Moscow and being a member of the Accommodation and Accessibility Pillar on the Disability Forum.
