I manage a small, but fantastic team that focuses on operational risk management for all aspects of security: risk assessment, crisis management, fire and life safety, security technology, business assurance, communications and finance.

Every day comes with new challenges and new problems to solve. One day might be spent sorting out issues concerning low-level security technology and the next we might have to deal with a major building safety issue.

My role has provided me with great opportunities in and out of London and across the Federation area of the Firm. I am consistently given stretch opportunities and have never been short of a challenge which has made my career here extremely interesting and exciting.
