I work in the Equities Division trading derivatives in the Asian markets. My job is to find solutions for our institutional clients based on their current position, the market situation and Goldman Sachs research. The most interesting aspect of this job is getting the chance to work with some of the brightest investors in the world. Taking part in the investment process with these clients is extremely rewarding. Another benefit of my job is having the opportunity to live in Japan and work in Tokyo which is such a culturally rich city.

Most of the work that we do requires teamwork. We cover clients as part of a team that has members representing sales in other products in order to provide the best solutions possible. We are always working together to share ideas and we support one another by covering clients when someone is off the desk or out of the office.
