Randeep

I am a member of the Network Connectivity team in the Technology division of Goldman Sachs. My team manages and supports Business-to-Business (B2B) and Internet Demilitarised Zone (IDMZ) connectivity and all associated services. My role has three essential components. One is to provide support for everyone using our B2B network. My second responsibility is to maintain and upgrade the environment of the network in a controlled manner. I also work on individual projects. This could include anything from bringing in new services to connect to our network, to participating in the design and implementation of new data centers and offices.

My role is very team work oriented. That includes the direct team I work with, as there are always two people covering each support function, as well as the various project-related teams from across Technology.

One of the most interesting aspects of my job is getting a close-up view on part of the business of the firm. I also enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people who have different points of view.
