All of my tasks require that I collaborate with others, whether they are in the control areas (such as Legal and Compliance) or in the parts of the business that generate revenue (such as the deal teams in the Principal Investment Area). For each project, I have some of my own work each day, but I also spend a lot of time working with others.

The most challenging part of my job is handling a large number of responsibilities and getting my many tasks accomplished — I always have more to do than I can get done.

I am especially proud of the large projects I have been able to help complete. I have worked on several tasks that seemed unachievable when I started them, but which the team ended up completing. I am also amazed at how much I have learned in my relatively short time here.
