I was lucky enough to interview with Goldman Sachs as part of an on-campus interview process. Goldman was one of the 10 or 12 firms that I had first round interviews with.

My first impression of the firm was that Goldman Sachs is a very high quality place that values our clients and our reputation above all else. The professionals here exude integrity and a sense of responsibility to our clients that is evident from day one.

One hallmark of the Goldman Sachs culture is to entrust fairly junior professionals with a high degree of responsibility. It is absolutely true that opportunities are made available every day to individuals who are willing to stretch themselves.
