Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, I spent nine years with another financial services firm in various capacities within corporate finance in New York and Los Angeles. Prior to that, I spent six years with the corporate banking divisions of firms in New York and Latin America. I was referred to Goldman Sachs by an executive search firm.

The quality of the people at this firm is second to none. The environment is more dynamic and intellectually charged than anything I have ever experienced. Goldman Sachs is a highly professional organization. Everyone is very respectful and considerate, and always willing to listen to other colleagues within the organization. The focus of every Goldman Sachs professional is to deliver the most creative and effective solutions to our clients.

While I have not explored opportunities beyond my current assignment, I have met a number of professionals within Goldman Sachs who have moved ahead in their careers more rapidly than would have been possible at other firms.
