Currently I am working on building a system that will allow us to have different views on each business by shortening the amount of time needed to gather information. In order to provide more valuable inputs into managing the businesses, we need to develop a more efficient system that enables us to provide faster analyses.

The most challenging part of my job is ‘wearing a business manager’s hat’ – trying to determine the most relevant information that will help steer the business to higher returns in the short run – while still keeping the long run in the back of my mind as well.

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to help with the work that really matters in the decision making process of the firm.
