I did two internships while I was a student and knew I wanted to do credit analysis. What I really appreciate about the Goldman Sachs recruitment process is that, although you apply for a specific division, they help you to determine whether or not that division is the best fit for you – it’s something you often don’t really know yourself when you’re a graduate.
