The most challenging part of my job is maintaining a balance between helping move the bank forward and at the same time ensuring that the proper controls and flows are in place. In the short time that the bank has been in existence we’ve had a good deal of success with the reporting requirements imposed upon us. As with any startup the amount of work tends to be heavy, but we’ve been successful regarding our areas of oversight. As this is a new role for me, much of the success is due to the dedication and commitment of the team.
