In my role as a team lead, I manage the team’s time and resources and allocate them across the various functions we perform. I act as a liaison between the team in Bangalore and teams in other regions, help my team resolve any issues they face at work, provide on-the-job training and help improve the overall efficiency and quality of the group.

The most rewarding part of my job is the feeling that I am actually making a difference. I have helped recruit and train many of the people on the Bangalore team since its inception in July 2007. It gives me great pleasure to see how much the team has grown, not just in number but also in efficiency and productivity during the past year.

I am also part of the PWM Regional Office Review (PWM ROR) team and work closely with the team in New York to conduct reviews of a number of PWM business and compliance functions. I am on the steering committee for the Women’s India Network (WIN) and work with other committee members to organize events sponsored by WIN that help educate people about the importance of diversity, networking and career development.
