Goldman Sachs’ Buenos Aires office was opened in December 1999. Following the 2002 economic crisis in Argentina, the office was re-structured and since 2004 has been growing steadily. Currently the office has a permanent headcount of seven.

In Argentina Goldman Sachs has participated in most of the landmark transactions that have taken place in the country during the last decade.
