Real Estate Principal Investment Area
The Real Estate Principal Investment Area, through the Whitehall Funds and other niche products, offers clients the opportunity to co-invest with Goldman Sachs in real estate and real estate-related assets worldwide.

Real Estate Alternatives
Real Estate Alternatives focuses on the management of targeted real estate-related funds and making strategic real estate-related investments for Goldman Sachs.

Infrastructure Investing Group
The Infrastructure Investment Group (IIG) invests in infrastructure and infrastructure-related assets and companies on a global basis.

Urban Investment Group
Formed in 2000, the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group (UIG) is a leading provider of growth capital to middle market clients.
