Legal

Legal provides transactional and regulatory advice, general legal advisory services, litigation services, documentation review, negotiation and guidance on compliance and reputational issues.

Our legal professionals are organized into practice groups that either directly support a business or more broadly support the activities of the entire firm. The various practice groups often coordinate with other members of the Legal and Global Compliance departments on cross-jurisdictional products, transactions and issues, and work closely with our business areas to structure transactions that optimize business opportunities while limiting the firm’s risks.
