Goldman Sachs Diversity Program Receives Innovative Leadership Award

Goldman Sachs received the 2014 Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Diversity Award in the “Innovative Leadership” category for the firm’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).

ELP is a pipeline development program designed to enhance the progression and retention of strong-performing multi-cultural vice presidents. Through sponsorship assignments, executive coaching and manager engagement, ELP equips participants with the tools to strategically manage their careers.
