Edith Cooper, global head of Human Capital Management of Goldman Sachs, delivered a commencement address to the graduates of Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois on June 16th and shared five lessons that helped shape her professional and personal life. “Out there in the real world no matter how hard you work, how smart you are, or how much passion you possess, the truth is, you cannot do it alone,” Edith said.
