Register Now: Diverse Journeys 2016 Spring Events

14 MAR 2016

Goldman Sachs professionals will share their unique personal narratives at campuses and regions nationwide, highlighting the way diverse backgrounds make for compelling candidates.

Diverse Journeys sessions are now open for registration at eight campuses and two regions across the country. Back by popular demand after launching in fall 2015, this program brings together Goldman Sachs professionals to share the personal narratives that led to a career at Goldman Sachs and empower students to embrace their own unique stories.

“Diverse Journeys is designed to help candidates realize that their differences are what make them compelling candidates to Goldman Sachs,” says Johann Shudlick, global head of Diversity Recruiting.

The panel discussions are followed by informal networking sessions with the Goldman Sachs panelists.

“The focus of diversity recruiting at Goldman Sachs goes beyond race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability status or military service. We are searching for candidates whose life experiences, educational credentials, personal challenges, and differentiated skills position them to uniquely and exceptionally contribute to the service of our clients,” Johann adds.
