The Strategic Initiatives Group within the Management Controls Department (MCD) is responsible for driving change, innovation, and process improvements in the Management Controls Department. The team works with Executive and Senior Management on developing organizational strategies, and coordinating and executing their implementation.
Key skill sets include:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to identify and effectively resolve process and technical challenges
- Ability to efficiently analyze data and disseminate relevant information
- Intermediate web and/or application developments skills
- Energetic, optimistic, and confident when dealing with people from all areas of the firm and senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to drive the completion of initiatives and milestones through organizational and infrastructural challenges
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust to audiences
- Team player with an ability to collaborate with a wide user group in different regions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
